YorkTalks is the annual showcase of the University’s research. In bite-size 15 minute slots over four sessions, sixteen speakers explain and engage you about their research. Come for one session or come for the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Subjects reflect the diversity and strength of the York research environment and include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Each session gives time for the audience to ask questions. Our speakers are invited from departments across all three Faculties, and include researchers from across the spectrum, from Early Career researcher to Professor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
YorkTalks 2020<\/strong> The day also features the PhD Spotlight Competition, where students exhibit their research and are available to answer questions.
