Running from 2022 to 2026 and led by Black, Asian and minority ethnic female professors from six universities \u2014 Goldsmiths, Leeds, Plymouth, Reading, Sheffield, and Sunderland \u2014 the aim of Generation Delta is to lay the foundations for a long-term increase in the number of women of Black, Asian and minority ethnic heritage who are professors in higher education institutions in England.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To help achieve this aim, they have designed an annual survey to learn about the individual experiences and perceptions of PGR students across England (regardless of gender, ethnicity or any other protected characteristics) on gender and racial equality, wellbeing, supervisory and mentoring practices in their respective universities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
