If you\u2019re considering job opportunities in sectors outside academia you might be interested in attending our Semester 1 recruitment fairs from next week. They give you the chance to explore graduate schemes with large employers in a range of work areas and sectors and the chance to meet employers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Most employers will not explicitly be looking for candidates with a PhD but you should be able to apply if you meet their criteria and don\u2019t already have a lot of work experience in the same type of work. Graduate schemes can offer a structured programme of training and development and the opportunity to work towards relevant professional qualifications.
