{"id":498,"date":"2020-09-23T14:22:14","date_gmt":"2020-09-23T13:22:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.york.ac.uk\/research-student-community\/?p=498"},"modified":"2020-09-23T14:22:15","modified_gmt":"2020-09-23T13:22:15","slug":"sign-up-for-the-pgr-ask-me-anything-event","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.york.ac.uk\/research-student-community\/2020\/09\/23\/sign-up-for-the-pgr-ask-me-anything-event\/","title":{"rendered":"Sign up for the PGR Ask Me Anything event"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The York Graduate Research School is again working with the Graduate Students\u2019 Association to host another session for students to pose questions to a panel of University and GSA representatives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The aim is to address the current concerns of research students and how we can tackle these together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ask Me Anything<br>Thursday 1 October 2020<br>2-3pm<br>Live webinar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hosted by GSA CEO Darryl Butcher, the live event will take place online at 2-3pm (BST) on Thursday 1 October 2020 with panel members:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kathryn Arnold, Dean of the York Graduate Research School<\/li><li>Susanna Broom, Assistant Registrar: Research &amp; Financial Support<\/li><li>Karen Clegg, Head of the Research Excellence Training Team<\/li><li>P\u00fcrnur Altay, GSA President<\/li><li>Jane Baston, GSA Vice President Academic<\/li><li>Clara Garcia, GSA Vice President Wellbeing and Community<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Check your York email inbox to sign up for the event and submit your question.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you would like to, please <strong>submit your question to the panel by midday on Monday 28 September 2020<\/strong>. If you wish to submit a question anonymously, email <a href=\"mailto:pgquestions@yorkgsa.org\">pgquestions@yorkgsa.org<\/a> and the GSA will ask it on your behalf.
