If you are experiencing\u00a0<strong>urgent<\/strong>\u00a0financial hardship, please speak to a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSc4f_aXQ7i-X-sp8ygC_4Qzb8HekDZsz2BVwsh0dQon4IG3LQ\/viewform\">Student Adviser at the Student Hub<\/a>\u00a0as soon as possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>This funding is currently available until 31 March 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who can apply?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You&#8217;re eligible to apply if you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>are a postgraduate researcher who is currently in your writing-up period or who has been granted an extension to your studies,<\/li><li>have exhausted the maximum funding you were entitled to receive, and<\/li><li>are normally resident within the UK for the duration of your studies.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will need to show that you have made reasonable provision for your tuition fees and living costs throughout your course before you started your studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Find out more<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.york.ac.uk\/students\/finance\/funding\/pg-writing-up-support-fund\/\"><strong>Postgraduate Research Writing-up+ Support Fund<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This fund has been made possible thanks to the exceptional generosity of the Wolfson Foundation and other private donors who share the University of York&#8217;s commitment to supporting Postgraduate Researchers during this exceptionally challenging time.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Postgraduate Research Writing-up+ Support Fund is available for postgraduate researchers who are currently in their writing-up period or who have been granted an extension to their studies.
