They have run sessions every weekday\u00a0since lockdown in March 2020,\u00a0and the group has\u00a0continued to grow. Currently, there are over 150\u00a0members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bSZWG offers community, accountability, and structure by hosting regular weekday sessions for participants to write together in solidarity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How does it work?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We write in silence on Zoom (video can be on or off).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Writers join the Zoom meeting and share their goals in the chat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each 50-min writing session is followed by a 10-min break.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the end, we report back on our progress in the chat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>When is it?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every Weekday<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.00-12.00 GMT<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">15.00-17.00 GMT (10.00-12.00 EST)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How do I join?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sign up via the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.szwg.co.uk\/\">Silent Zoom Writing Group<\/a> website.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Join academics,\u00a0postgraduates\u00a0and creatives from all over the world in an online writing group.
