An introduction to the L&amp;T Conference and Proposal Writing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Friday 7 May<br>10.30 &#8211; 11.30am<br>Online<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This one hour workshop will tell you all you need to know about the L&amp;T conference, from outlining the different sessions you can apply to do, to exploring how participating in the conference can help your study and career. It will also address the questions: What is a call for papers\/proposals and how does it work? What is the L&amp;T conference looking for in a proposal?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/yorkalit.targetconnect.net\/leap\/event.html?id=13283&amp;service=Academic+Support+Office\"><strong>Register for An introduction to L&amp;T conference &amp; writing proposals<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Designing online poster presentations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Thursday 10 June<br>10.30 &#8211; 11.15am<br>Online<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This 45 minute workshop will introduce you different ways of designing\/putting together an online poster presentation by focusing on areas such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>What should a good poster do?<\/li><li>Tips for designing poster presentations<\/li><li>Useful technology for putting together poster presentations<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/yorkalit.targetconnect.net\/leap\/event.html?id=13285&amp;service=Academic+Support+Office\"><strong>Register for Designing online poster presentations<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
