I&#8217;m a first year Interactive Media student and beyond loving it! I started off at The University of York as a Biomedical Sciences student (what?!) and although I really enjoyed it, I found that my passion for it was dying out. I was instead using most of my free time learning web development and helping my software engineer friend with design. So, I just went for it and decided to transfer courses; it proved to be one of my best decisions yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To help you imagine what life is like here, I&#8217;ve made a video showing you what a typical day looks like for me. Currently, I&#8217;m trying to sort out an end of year project, I&#8217;m working on the backend for the Interactive Media Showcase website, and the frontend for an event planner&#8217;s website, while attending to my coursework, and attempting to keep myself alive. It can get crazy sometimes, but I wouldn&#8217;t have it any other way.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m Zain.
