Any flavour you would have wished for. Crepes? Both savoury and sweet. Cakes? Even vegan ones, shaped like trees and covered in coconut snow. As I was lucky enough to have a mom that loves cooking, my childhood was pretty much one journey through heavenly homemade goods. However, I have always lacked the skills and the patience to master really complex dishes. This was not a problem at all, until a year ago when I have started university, and after two weeks of store-bought soups and frozen ready meals, I knew that I need to start cooking. Thus, after constant research and experimenting with flavours, I have managed to create this short vegan guide that covers my top and most used recipes. Simple, fast, and delicious. What would you want more?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BREAKFAST<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Porridge<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The to-go option that has always helped with both saving money and time will always be porridge. This smoothie bowl will satisfy both a sweet and savoury lover due to the combination of flavours. This is an easy way to come up with a colourful and nutritious lunch in 5 minutes. Sounds familiar? Well, this is me most of the time. Unfortunately, I have tried meal-prep in the past, but the idea of taking almost an entire day to prepare all the food for the following week just did not work for me. However, as I have previously mentioned, equilibrium is everything and this is how I came up with these home-made delightful versions of my top choices. Also, the thing that I love the most is the versatility of these options: you are more than welcome to swap the pumpkin with chocolate chips or the apples with pears if you enjoy those more. What can I say more? You have sweetness from the chocolate, a refreshing vibe from the fruits, and the crunchy texture from the nuts. This one is especially worth trying when you crave a dessert, but you are unsure what to go for.
