Sustainability at the University of York

Hello! My name is Lucy and I’m a postgraduate studying Sustainability Studies at the University of York. I love being part of the Environment and Geography Department because there are so many experts to chat to! In my blog post I’ll talk about what sustainability is, how it relates to students and what the university is doing to be more sustainable. This includes some of the activities you can join in with to be more sustainable. As young people there’s a lot of pressure on us to lead the fight against climate change.
