A series of workshop-style sessions, social meet-ups and activities for research students centralising on the positives of PG research. You shouldn’t be surviving your research, you should be enjoying it!
“Enjoy your Research” is a project aimed at doing just that. Be it sharing thesis experiences, de-stressing after a busy week or just trying something new, ‘Enjoying your Research’ provides you an environment outside of your subject discipline to workshop ideas and socialise with other students in a setting varying between on and off campus.
In our first session – tonight at 7pm – we will be meeting at ‘The Graduate’ in the city centre to begin the term by sharing research experiences/ expectations and thinking about the goals, both academic and wider, that we would like to achieve this year!
