Career planning workshop for PGRs

Career Planning 2: Understanding your Personality
Tuesday 15 February 2022, 09:30-11:30, ATB/042

This is the second of a series of workshops that will help you to plan your next career steps, but each one can be attended as a stand-alone session. This workshop will focus specifically on understanding your personality preferences using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). You will have the opportunity to:

  • Identify your personality preferences
  • Understand the impact that different preferences can have in situations such as communication, team work, decision making, planning and organisation
  • Consider the types of work activity and environment that would satisfy your preferences

Students are welcome to attend this workshop at any time during their PhD, however we advise that you might gain the most benefit from this session if you attend after your first PhD progression meeting.
