New workshop for Researchers – Exploring Resilience and Work-life Balance: Combating Imposter Syndrome

We’re happy to announce the return of our highly popular Exploring Resilience and Work-life Balance: Combating Imposter Syndrome workshop – 13th July 2022, 15:00-17:00, Online

This session, tailored to the research environment, and led by former academic researcher Steve Hutchinson, will focus on the Inner Game of being a researcher. He’ll examine the beliefs that help and limit our capabilities, and specifically will be focussed on:

  • Confidence building, and dealing with ‘Imposterness’
  • Building personal resilience for handling rejection and criticism
  • Personal wellbeing and work-life balance

The session is suitable for all researchers – from PGR onwards. If you are interested in this session, we strongly advise that you book ASAP, as based on previous iterations it has proven incredibly popular. If the demand remains we hope to run it again in the next Academic Year.
