Are you looking for funding for an extra curricular project in your department, college, club or society? Thanks to the generosity of alumni and friends of the University of York, funds are available to support you through two different channels.
YuFund: apply for a grant
YuFund is supported by donations from alumni and friends of the University of York, aiming to provide students with as many opportunities as possible. YuFund gives grants to developmental and community projects run by student clubs and societies, departments and colleges in recognition of the vital role they play in the student experience. It is intended as a way to fund the development of projects rather than its operational costs.
Please apply by completing the application form and giving as much information as possible; grants will be awarded solely on the basis of this application, so please ensure that you’ve included all the necessary information for the panel to make an informed decision.
This round of applications closes at midday Friday 17 November.
Applicant groups will hear their outcome after the YuFund Panel Meeting on the 18 December.
