The Open Research team (Library, Archives and Learning Services) has launched a newsletter to keep staff and postgraduate researchers updated on open research activities across disciplines at York and elsewhere.
The first issue includes links to a short survey on open research awareness and engagement at the University, as well as information about drop-in community clinics, online appointments and BRIC workshops to mark International Open Access Week (23-29 October). These sessions will provide an opportunity for researchers to get advice on aspects of open research in their work and meet their faculty Graduate Engagement Leads.
The team will also be sharing posts on the newly-relaunched Library, Archives and Learning Services blog throughout next week, reflecting on this year’s Open Access Week theme ‘Community over commercialisation’ and other developments in our support for open research at York.
You can read the first issue of the newsletter and subscribe via the Open Research at York wiki.
