- Faz Kazmi Vertical Launch Grants Manager, UK Space Agency – Faz is a Vertical Launch Grants Manager for the UK Space Agency, working on the launches of small satellites into space from British soil. Previously, he was a Programme Manager for Meta’s risk management and intelligence team, specialising in the intersection of product, process, and policy-related issues.
- Inés Antunes Graduate International Recruitment Officer – Inés has worked for North Yorkshire Council as a Graduate International Recruitment Officer since mid 2024. Inés completed her undergraduate degree in Music at Newcastle University, before completing a master’s degree in music education at the University of York. Within her current role, Inés’ main responsibilities including finding work for displaced workers within the care sector, and supporting care providers in the North Yorkshire area.
- James Halpin – Having recently completed the Civil Service Science & Engineering Fast Stream after completing an integrated Masters in Chemistry, James is about to take up a new role at the Department for Business and Trade working as a Technology Strategy and Insights Lead looking at how frontier technology can be adopted across sectors to support economic growth.
