Law Fair

Fifty law firms and law schools offering conversion courses. Is Law for me? on 16 Oct gives you the chance to hear from graduates from a non-law background about why they chose law and what a law career is like. And law firm Clifford Chance are hosting a dinner in York on 15 Oct for non-law students interested in a law career.
Grad Jobs and Placements Fair
Tues 22 Oct
A wide range of companies; roles include marketing, human resources, project management, business and finance, teaching (including Researchers in Schools), social work, Civil Service Fast Stream. Organisations of particular interest to postgrads may include G-Research, Government Statistical Service, Civil Service Fast Stream (postgraduate qualification is a requirement for the Science stream), GSK, and recruitment agencies Graduate Recruitment Bureau and Milkround.
Technology Fair

A definite tech focus, as the name suggests, but also including some human resources, project management, and marketing roles. A postgraduate degree in the technology field can be a definite advantage when applying to some of these employers.
