If you’re intending to teach in 2020/21, you’re encouraged to apply for the York Learning and Teaching Award (YLTA).
YLTA is a taught-course designed to support Graduate Teaching Assistants (GTAs) to reflect on and develop your practice. It is also intended to help you plan for future employment. For this reason, YLTA challenges participants to look beyond your role as a GTA in order to understand the full range of responsibilities and expectations for academics who teach and support student learning across the UK Higher Education sector.
The application deadline has been extended to Monday 18 May 2020 (previous deadline was 30 April).
