Working in the NHS: Careers in a world impacted by Covid – Wed 27 Jan, 15.00-16.00

In this remarkable and challenging year, NHS staff at the centre of the Covid-19 pandemic continue to be an inspiration, leading many to consider what a career in healthcare might look like for them. As the world’s 5th largest employer, recruitment across all roles and professions in the NHS remains a national priority.

Open to students from all subject disciplines this virtual event will introduce you to the diverse range of opportunities available within the NHS, both clinical and non-clinical. You will hear from a small panel of NHS professionals about their career journeys; what motivated them to work for the NHS; what are the highs and challenges of their professions; and what do they wish they had known when first considering a career in Healthcare.

This will be followed by a Question and answer session with the panellists:
