The Universities of Sheffield, Leeds and York, in partnership with the WRDTP, would like to invite you to a week of professional training, inspirational talks and career workshops to be held across the week commencing 22nd March 2021.
These digital events are designed to help you, our PhD students and Early Career Researchers, navigate your next career move. With only around 30% of Doctoral Graduates remaining in academia and roles increasingly harder to secure, our aim is to support you and showcase alternate career opportunities that align with your research strengths and make the most of your valuable skills.
Events are open to all Social Science PhD students and ECRs across the White Rose University network (Sheffield, Leeds, York, Sheffield Hallam, Bradford, Hull and Manchester Metropolitan).
