Thursday 6 Oct, 6pm – Wentworth College Senior Common Room (W/135)
About the ERF
The Emerging Researchers’ Forum is an informal network for researchers (PhD, MRes, ECRs) to share experiences, offer peer-support and socialise with those at a similar level within the university.
The Forum aims to bridge the gap between PhDs and ECRs in providing a potential platform for short talks and discussions with peers in an unassuming and friendly setting, as well as offering a stage for project planning, work/life balance, careers etc. experience sharing.
Event Details
For their next event on Thursday 6th October, the ERF are hosting an informal welcome and re-introduction as they relaunch for the new year. Peer discussion on supervisor relations, getting started and what you would have liked to know at the beginning of your PhD makes it a great opportunity to welcome in new researchers.
This will take place in the Wentworth College Senior Common Room (w/135) from 6:00pm offering the opportunity to meet your fellow researchers at the university, share expertise and learn more from your colleagues.
Refreshments will be provided.
