York 3 Minute Thesis is back for 2024! Open to current PhD researchers at the University of York, you’ll have just three minutes each to communicate the impact of your research to an audience made up of university staff, members of the general public, and industry.
The 2024 3MT final at York will take place on Saturday 8 June.
Applications are open from 1st March – 2nd April 2024, 5pm (BST) – Apply here
Before you apply, please ensure:
- You are a current University of York PhD researcher, and have passed your first Progression Meeting, but not yet completed your Viva
- You are available on Saturday 8th June 2024 (on campus) to take part in the final
- You are available on 26th April 2024 for auditions on campus, 14th May 2024 (10:00-13:00) for on campus training, and 24th May 2024 (on campus) for a review session.
