Student Recruitment and Admissions and Learning Enhancement are recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants (GTAs) to present academic skills workshops to groups of school and college students.
Students visit the University for Independent Study Skills sessions and Extended Project Qualification Conferences. You will present lively and interactive workshop sessions on subjects such academic writing, referencing and academic integrity, note-taking and presentation skills.
This paid role provides an ideal opportunity for GTAs to gain alternative teaching experience whilst bringing the benefit of their experience as students to the sixth-form classroom.
